Description

ADEK represents a set of all fat-soluble vitamins including vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Ingredient: Linseed oil, Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), color (iron oxides and hydroxides), Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate ), Vitamin K2 MK-7  (menaquinone), coating (veg. gelatin), humectant (glycerol)

The Recommended Daily Dose of 1 capsule contains: 

Vitamin A 300 µg (300 mcg)
Vitamin D (vitamin D3) 50 µg  / ( 2,000 IU)

Vitamin E 10 mg
Vitamin K (vitamin K2 MK-7) 50 µg (50 mcg)

Recommended Use:  1 capsule a day during a meal or just after a meal. ADEK supplement contains oil-soluble vitamins, that should be taken with GOOD OIL products (like avocado) for effective absorption. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.

Attention: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking anticoagulants, consult your doctor before using the product.
Before using it, it is recommended to perform a blood test for Vitamin D level 25(OH) and consult the result with a doctor.

Storage Conditions: Store in a dry place at room temperature. Protect from light.

Vitamin D (in brief)

Vitamin D level in the body is tested using the 25(OH) metabolite – blood test.
The optimal level of Vitamin D in the blood should be at least 80 ng/ml, in patients with chronic diseases, and cancer, this level should be between 100 ng/ml and 140 ng/ml, sometimes higher.

VITAMIN D is a fat-soluble vitamin so it should be taken with avocado or other good oil content products/meals etc.

Also taken with other vitamins like Vitamin K2, Vitamin A, and Vitamin E has a greater impact on the absorption of vitamins and for example the distribution of calcium in the body (especially taken with Vitamin K2 to avoid complications associated with excessive arterial calcification).

Vitamin D improves magnesium absorption, but taking large doses of vitamin D can deplete magnesium, as magnesium is required in the conversion of vitamin D into its active form. Combined intake of both supplemental magnesium and vitamin K2 has a greater effect on vitamin D levels than either individually.

Deficiency of Vitamin D3 significantly increases the risk of cancer, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, disease of the immune system, osteoporosis, arteriosclerosis and high blood pressure.
